The race to ambition is the same for men and women. In its own objectivity, it seems absolutely fair. A fair chance to dream for everyone regardless of gender. However, the reality is quite different. The hurdles for men and women are so vastly different that the question of fairness seems a little offensive at times. This was our observation.
