Account Manager

Designation: Account Manager

Role Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Attend shoots and music recordings
  • Vendor management for outsourced work
  • Maintain and create campaign cost sheets
  • Review and share weekly JSRs with clients
  • Client on-boarding
  • Review & vet presentations created (by the team) for client meetings, internal management meetings and case studies
  • Pitch new concepts to existing clients, based on specifically identified needs of the client
  • Industry benchmarking basis the competitor analysis process. Identify process improvements, new potential offerings and internal training needs basis the same
    Reports
  • Ensure timely collection of data and inputs from functional teams for the purpose of social media and brand analysis report creation
  • Review reports created for social media and brand analysis
    Finance
  • Raise all financial paperwork to clients and review those raised by vendors
  • Calculate BCMA accurately
  • Regular follow up with the client for due payment and ensure it’s release by the due date
  • Review all financial trackers and update the Associate Account Director on the same.
    Provide necessary inputs and course correction where required. Ensure their creation at the pre-defined frequency
    Team
  • Organize weekly team meetings to track work progress and provide feedback to the team as a whole
  • Organize regular one-on-one discussion (with team members) to provide and collect individual feedback
  • Hire capable, independent resources that can understand, communicate and execute client briefs accurately
  • Create a team culture of research and self-development
  • Build more capable teams by mentoring and guiding them to find solutions proactively
    – on the client-side as well as internally
  • Work with the L&D team to structure training programs that directly impact work quality along with specific competencies

Art Director

Job Purpose:
Work on brand projects and contribute to the creation of digital experiences. The design director should have the ability to visualize and produce creative concepts for clients. The candidate will have to conceptualize and generate ideas based on the brief.

Role Responsibilities & Deliverables 

  • Introducing and applying expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projects
  • Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns
  • Inspiring and motivating the clients to be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh and inventive visual work
  • Reviewing the work of designers and providing direction and feedback
  • Taking ownership of the visual elements of creative work for new business pitches
  • Uncovering new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns. Ideation and execution, understanding client requirements / brief, designing and delivering creative projects from conceptualization to final execution.
  • A professional approach to time and quality of work and work within deadlines
  • Work on different branding solutions: brand identity, engaging and effective social digital creative that inspire and drive response.
  • Creation of online visual design, typography, infographics, visual concept, logos, icons, and other interactive platforms

Job Purpose

The Creative Director is responsible for FoxyMoron maintaining a leadership position in the market by contributing to:

  • Success of a set of assigned client accounts (leading to account renewals and upsells) by providing clutter-breaking brand strategy and direction
  • Acquisition of new client accounts by providing clutter-breaking brand strategy and direction during pitches
  • Innovative, creative solutions across platforms
  • New innovations internally and via partnerships
  • Building of capable, independent, motivated teams

Role Responsibilities & Deliverables
1. Strategic

  • Work with content partners to generate new concepts and opportunities
  • Create case studies along with the Account Management team to be used for award
    entries, partnerships and pitches

2. Communication & Coordination

  • Attend large size campaign briefs by the Account Management team
  •  Meet clients every couple of months to understand satisfaction with creative strategy and execution and build relationship

3. Creative Strategy

  • Brand strategy basis the decoded client brief for campaigns
  • Brand strategy for new client pitches
  • Pitch large campaigns to clients along with the Account Management team
  • Drive the agenda for innovation (new trends, insights and content formats) that can be utilized for client pitches, client briefs and new partnerships

4. Creative Execution

  • Ensure creation of contextual, innovative content
  • Define the agenda and guidelines of collaboration with functional teams for executing client briefs
  • Work closely with arts & graphics, video and production teams to co-create content
  • Vet concepts, final scripts and storyboards (created with the art team)
